Payment Options

Insurance: Our office is now in-network with MOST dental insurances (Delta
Dental, United Concordia, Sun Life, Ameritas, MetLife, and Guardian). If we are not in-network with your dental insurance, we will continue to accept and file claims as a courtesy to our patients.

Credit/Debit Cards: For your convenience we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Cash/Check: Cash and Personal Checks are accepted. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks.
